I've been a nanny for 10 years and I never let little ones sit in poopy ,diapers,. The problem is that it only takes one ,diaper, rash for them to associate pain with a wet/dirty ,diaper,. This ,can, lead to ,baby, wanting to be changed after every wet ,diaper,, even if it's just one pee.
