A great tip I got the second time around was to use ,adult diapers, for the first few days instead of ,postpartum, pads after birth. So brilliant! These are the best ,postpartum diapers, to make those first few days much easier! You don’t have to worry about fussing with pads that won’t stay in place.

Be warned, there will be bleeding after you give birth. This bleeding is usually referred to as “lochia“. Typically, postpartum bleeding lasts for 4-6 weeks with the heaviest bleeding occurring 3-10 days after birth. This is where the jumbo pads and adult diapers come in.
