Diapers and other rubbish

This may seem like a strange question but ,how often, are ,you, changing your LOs ,diaper, during the day? My normal was to ,change, upon a poopy ,diaper, because my LO doesn’t seem to mind dirty ,diapers, but since he’s started eating solids I feel like I can’t always smell when he has a poopy ,diaper, so I may be missing them by a little and he’s developed a pretty bad ,diaper, rash and I feel so bad.
